Samsung LN52A850 Perfect TV
Owned Samsung LCD before and went with this one for our new house. It's the main TV and has not disappointed us at all. Gets the WOW factor everytime it's turned on. No regrets here!

Samsung LN52A850 Great TV
Great TV. My only complaint is that when there is no signal going to the TV, there seems to be a few faintly white sections of the screen. When signal is running to it, though, it's flawless.

Samsung LN52A850 LCD TV
Tv was purchased for my parents and they are not technically up to speed, so they were just really happy with the overall picture quality. They have DISH network and there is some interference with the remotes.. For some reason after turning on the TV, the DISH remote will not operate.. I.E. Change channel, etc... It only last for like 30-45 seconds though... Strange...

Samsung LN52A850 Awesome picture. Audio needs work.
Great LCD. Easy to set up. Audio needs to be beefed up. At less than 2" thick not a lot of room for speakers. Sounds great through the home theater. Plenty of connections for whatever you have. I've got 5 devices hooked up with room for more. Video with Blu Ray blows me away.

Samsung LN52A850 Did not work at first but now it is good
When they delivered this item I turned it on and it worked fine for 10 minutes then turned off and would go on and off. I had to call Samsung and they sent a tech about a week later. He changed out a part and now it works fine. Other than that problem the picture on the TV is excellent.

Samsung LN52A850 Man, I love my TV.
I never thought of posting such review, but I love my TV.
I was worried that this TV would drop in its price - but it's not! =)
I bought mine for $2150 including 4 year warranty, and it's worth it.
1. Really light. My 100lb wife and I pick it up, just because it's too big for me to pick it up myself but I could've picked up easily alone. It's so thin, I wanted to hang it on the wall, but decided to save the hassle and put it on the media center.
2. Beautiful Looks. Red color might bother you? It's barely noticeable but you know it's there. It blends well with any other furniture.
3. Quality. It's well built. Had it for 6 months and not a single problem. Screen quality? No doubt about it. Color is deep and rich and even a non-HD quality stuff looks perfect. Okay. TV could get little dusty, and my wife cleans them with the softest thing she can find on earth.. but dust is not as noticeable either unless you take a close look.
4. Sound. Okay, now just a down side to it. I didn't really care much about the sound before. Sound you get from LN52A850 - is just like your normal 32" TV. I had my volume half way up the max and it just sounds normal. Bass is weak. And as a person who isn't crazy about sound quality of a TV, I am disappointed. But - believe me. Only reason you would be disapoointed, is because you expect so much from the TV.
5. USB Connection. I download international shows online quite often and watch it on my TV. I can simply download the mpg, avi file to my USB flash drive, or my larger hard drive and play it fairly quickly on my TV. Such a great feature. Older version of the Samsung LN series does not support movie files through USB- This one does.
5. DLNA. Did I type it right? It's a wireless networking solution for the TV. I was bored oneday and wanted to try it out. Bought a $30 router to work as bridge.. installed the software on my desktop - Boom! Any files I download to my desktop, I can play it from my TV - remotely without downloading to flash drive whatever. How sweet! =) Only down side of this feature, is that you cannot 'rewind' or 'fast forward.' With USB, you can either fast forward or rewind. But for those of you who doesn't feel like to get up from the couch- DLNA is for you.
6. Remote. It works pretty nicely. Buttons are big enough and easy to use. Only problem with this remote - is that you 'always' have to point at TV's left bottom corner where the receiver is. I don't know. is it just my TV? But really. It's not as bad as I made it sound like. I take the 'always' part back.
I'm planning to buy a nice home theatre system now- that I am not happy with the sound of it. =) If I find anything good that will go well with this beautiful TV, I'll post updates.
